  Derek is the best At&T representative at this store. He has always solved my phone problems and advised me as to which upgrade would like the best. He has been helpful with my husband's phone also. Four years ago I walked in to just get some information of an Android and within 1/2 hour I walked out with a brand new Android phone. Always been satisfied with his service. He is willing to answer any question about a cell phone and makes each customer like he's known them forever.

  Sales rep Howard was very knowledgeable with product. I didn't feel pressured to buy. Felt very at ease with service and new phone. Highly recommend coming to this location for any questions or purchase. Great choice I made. Very happy with experience at this location and service.
